中國石化新聞綱訊 據道瓊斯倫敦9月13日消息，英國石油公司BP周四表示，公司已經同意將其在挪威海Draugen油田所持有的18.36%的非作業股權以2.4億美元現金的價格出售給同伴殼牌挪威公司。
該交易是BP對北海業務進行重組的一部分，BP重組的目的是將投資集中在具有長期增長潛力的高價值資產，同時實現非核心資產的價值。
BP公司在Draugen油田所獲得的凈石油份額平均約6000桶/天，該油田的作業者是殼牌。

LONDON--BP PLC (BP.LN) said Thursday that it has agreed to sell its 18.36% non-operated interest in the Draugen field in the Norwegian Sea to fellow oil group Royal Dutch Shell PLC's (RDSA.LN) AS Norske Shell for 240 million dollars in cash.
