中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯伦敦9月13日消息，英国石油公司BP周四表示，公司已经同意将其在挪威海Draugen油田所持有的18.36%的非作业股权以2.4亿美元现金的价格出售给同伴壳牌挪威公司。
该交易是BP对北海业务进行重组的一部分，BP重组的目的是将投资集中在具有长期增长潜力的高价值资产，同时实现非核心资产的价值。
BP公司在Draugen油田所获得的净石油份额平均约6000桶/天，该油田的作业者是壳牌。

LONDON--BP PLC (BP.LN) said Thursday that it has agreed to sell its 18.36% non-operated interest in the Draugen field in the Norwegian Sea to fellow oil group Royal Dutch Shell PLC's (RDSA.LN) AS Norske Shell for 240 million dollars in cash.
